At BrickGallery, we sell digital products (downloadable files). Because of the nature of digital products, specific refund rules apply.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and the download has been made available, refunds, exchanges, or returns cannot be provided, since the digital file has already been delivered to the buyer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.

File Issues

If you experience any issues with your order, we are happy to help.

  • The file cannot be downloaded

  • The file is corrupted

  • The download link does not work

  • You received the wrong file

Our team will review the issue and, if necessary, provide a new download link or the correct file.

Misuse or Accidental Purchases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
